If I have ANY issues with getting my money back, I WILL be reporting them for false advertising… to the BBB or whomever I need to. If I didn’t think to call up there, I would have wasted my gas to go across town, only to be turned away. I should not have had to call up to the business to find this out. Or arrange with the 3 rd party (Groupon) to reimbursement everyone who purchased a voucher. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Whether you are a public or private establishment, have had issues in the past, or whatever… you need to honor what you advertise or offer. That they do not accept Groupons anymore and I will have to go to Groupon for a refund. I asked if they would allow me to use the money that I paid towards a service, and I was given the same answer. I was told that they no longer accept Groupons and that I would have to go through Groupon to get a refund. I called up there to see if today would be a good day to redeem it (in case of a crowd, etc.). I purchased my Groupon awhile ago and it does not expire until January. Not only did they have Groupons available for purchase, but as of TODAY they are still advertising the Groupon on their website (I have a dated screenshot, as proof). I really hate writing bad reviews… but I have a huge issue with this establishment.
